The Milking and Cooling Process
Milking is done in hygienic conditions every morning. The fresh, warm milk is immediately filtered and transferred to sterilized, refrigerated chilling vats. Within hours, our dedicated vehicles collect the chilled milk from these local collection points for its short journey to our dairy in Sifal.
